Beef and Pork
All our beef and pork are raised without the use of antibiotics or added growth hormones. Our beef is available all though the year. Calves are born and raised on grass at our farm. Only the last couple months are they fed some grain to increase the marbling of the meat. The beef is dry aged for 10 to 14 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.
Limited quantities available of our beef 1/4's and 1/2's year around. Our 1/4 is approximately 100 lbs. of beef for $6.50/lb. (approx. 50 lbs ground and 50 lbs. roasts and steaks) Please contact us soon if you'd like to order.
Our pork is also raised on pasture and fed extra garden vegetables, milk and whey.
